Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") define the rights and obligations between users (hereinafter "Users") and Atelier C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") regarding the use of the Japanese learning support service "Ralango!" and other services provided by the Company (hereinafter "the Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

Terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

The Service: The Japanese learning support application "Ralango!" and websites provided by the Company
User: An individual who uses the Service
Usage Agreement: The agreement regarding use of the Service established between the Company and the User based on these Terms

Article 3 (Establishment of Agreement)

The Usage Agreement is established when the User agrees to these Terms, applies to use the Service through the method prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves the application.

Article 4 (Service Content)

The Service provides the following features:

Japanese learning content
Information about school life
Learning progress recording and sharing functions
Information sharing with parents and support staff
Other related services provided by the Company

Article 5 (Usage Fees)

Usage fees for the Service shall be according to the pricing table posted on the Company's website. Payment methods and timing shall be according to methods separately determined by the Company.

Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
Activities related to criminal acts
Activities that destroy or interfere with the Company's servers or network functions
Activities that collect or accumulate personal information of other Users
Impersonating other Users
Using the Service for commercial purposes (unless approved by the Company)
Other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Intellectual property rights related to content, information, systems, etc. included in the Service belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. Users may not reproduce, divert, sell, etc. these without prior written permission from the Company.

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company handles Users' personal information appropriately in accordance with the "Privacy Policy."

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

The Company is exempt from liability for the following:

Interruption or suspension of the Service due to natural disasters, incidents, or other force majeure
Damages suffered by Users through use of the Service (except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company)
Disputes between Users
Interference with the Service by third parties

Article 10 (Changes and Termination of Service)

The Company may change the content of the Service or terminate the Service by providing prior notice to Users. The Company is not responsible for any damages caused to Users by such changes or termination.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect when posted on the Company's website.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
